Pistachio forward baklava: green nut, rose pistachio, saffron almond and walnut, layered in phyllo and finished with a light honey syrup.

Our pistachio led baklava assortment. The smaller box leans on pistachio, rose pistachio, saffron almond and walnut. The larger box brings in more of the nut mix so there is enough to share.
Phyllo is rolled thin, nuts are generous, honey syrup is warm rather than cloying. Meant to be eaten while the pastry still shatters.
A natural pair with tea after a meal, or as the centrepiece of a mithai spread when pistachio is the request.

Sweets are best enjoyed within 3 to 12 days of delivery. Baklava keeps for up to 21 days. Ghee keeps for 3 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is available on request for corporate and wedding orders.
